Wounded Warrior Project

The Connecticut High School Coaches Association adds $1.00 to every banquet and All-Star ticket for the “Wounded Warrior Project”

Beginning with the school year 2012-2013, all banquets and All-Star games have added $1.00 to each ticket to be given to the “Wounded Warrior Project” in the form of one check at the conclusion of our school year. 

We had experimented by doing a trial run adding $1.00 to the Coach’s Recognition Dinner, Baseball All-State banquet, Boys and Girls All-State Track banquet and the All-Star Baseball games. The CHSCA made a significant donation for that year from just those four events alone. Based on those results, the CHSCA has decided to continue with this donation for every sports banquet and All-Star ticket going forward.
